摘　　要：采用文献资料、访谈及问卷调查等研究方法,以十二届全运会前后大连市群众体育参与和管理现状为研究切入点,探寻大连市现阶段群众体育存在的主要问题,针对提出加强科学健身理念的宣传、培养高水平的社会体育指导员、扶植有影响力的体育社团、大力发展特色的群众体育品牌、将体育场馆开放落到实处、推广"特色"校园足球、推荐民间传统体育项目等发展策略,为建设"富庶美丽文明"大连献策。Using the methods of literature, interview and questionnaire survey , were used by the 12th national games before and after the mass sports participation and management status in Dalian as the research point, the main problems of the present stage mass sports were explored in Dalian, aimed at strengthening the propaganda of scientific fitness concept and cultivate a high level of social sports instructors, fostering the sports community, develop the characteristic of influential brand of mass sports, the sports venues open into effect, the promotion of＂characteristic＂campus football, recommend the folk traditional sports, such as development strategy, to build“the rich beauty of civilization”Dalian.
