小直径锡林梳棉机的分梳效能分析

摘　　要：研究了小直径锡林梳棉机分梳效能问题,分析认为,小直径锡林有以下几个优点:(1)离心力大,有利于杂质的排除;(2)有利于锡林上的纤维向盖板转移;(3)有利于小隔距区间长度的增加,因而可提高分梳效能;(4)有助于锡林滚筒表面变形的减少,因而有利于锡林与盖板隔距的稳定,也为锡林与盖板隔距的进一步减小打下坚实的基础。但小直径锡林也有不足,如不利于刺辊与锡林、锡林与道夫间纤维的转移,这些可通过调整道夫和刺辊直径等参数来加以改善。小直径锡林针布配套要考虑使用工作角小的针布,以提高纤维抓取能力,道夫工作角稍大或等于锡林针布的工作角即可。A card with small cylinder has several advantages. First,it will produce greater centrifugal force and thus is in favor of the disposal of impurities. Second,it is helpful for fiber on the cylinder to transfer to the flats; third,it will prolong the small-gauge zone; fourth,it will reduce the areal deformation of the cylinder roller,thereby help to stabilize the gauge between the cylinder and the flats. However,such a card has disadvantages.For example,it is adverse to the fiber transfer between taker-in and cylinder as well as between cylinder and doffer. But this can be solved by adjusting the parameters such as the diameter of doffer and taker-in. Clothing with small working angle is suitable to such cards because it can increase the capturing force of the clothing. The working angle of doffer should be slightly greater than or equal to that of the cylinder clothing.
