摘 要:文章针对三相异步电动机变频调速系统需满足的性能指标,采用转子磁场定向简化电机的控制,设计了基于非线性解耦方法的电流控制器,实现了定子电压的解耦;利用电流模型估计磁链,设计了三个闭环的电流调节器、磁链调节器和转速调节器,实现电流幅值和相位的准确跟踪以及速度的准确控制;根据设计的系统研制了样机,并进行了性能实验测试。实验结果表明,设计的控制系统具有良好的动、静态特性,控制方案可行,可应用于实际工业现场。In order to meet the performance index of the three-phase asynchronous motor variable frequency speed control system,the rotor field oriented control was adopted to simplify the control system. A current controller based on nonlinear decoupling method was designed to decouple the stator voltage. The current model was used to estimate the flux and then a current regulator,flux linkage regulator and speed regulator were designed,by which the current amplitude and phase were accurately tracked and the speed was accurately controlled. The system dynamic and static performance experiment was carried out on the prototype which was developed according to the design of the system. The results show that the designed control system has good dynamic and static characteristics,and the control scheme is feasible and can be applied to practical industrial field.
