摘  要:从社会性别视角出发的职业生涯规划是近些年的新兴研究课题。基于社会性别理论的视角,探讨了当前高校在读女大学生在职业生涯规划中存在的职业规划不主动、角色冲突不自信、自我探索不全面、职业定位不清晰等问题及成因,并分别从女大学生个人、家庭、学校和社会四个层面提出了改进和加强女大学生职业生涯规划的对策。Career planning from social gender perspective is a new research topic in recent years. This paper discusses the problems in female college students’career planning, such as their passiveness in planning, their lack of confidence when confronted with potential conflicts in planning, imprecise and incomplete perception of themselves and their lack of clearly defined occupational orientation. The contributing factors to these problems are analyzed. Countermeasures for tackling the problems and helping them improve their career planning are proposed from four perspectives such as individual, family, school and society.
