摘 要:从电磁场理论出发推导了电磁波在含左手材料填充的三层平板波导中的特征方程,分别对含左手材料和右手材料的三层平板波导中电磁波的导模进行了分析及仿真,对电磁波在上述两种材料中传导导模进行了分析及对比;研究表明,两种波导结构中的导模数目都将随着芯层厚度的减小、入射波频率的减小而减少;而且,对于结构参数相同的两种波导,含左手材料的三层平板波导中存在模式缺失,不存在TE0模,且导模数不多于传统的右手材料波导。The characteristic equation in the three-layer slab waveguide with left-hand material of electromagnetic wave is derived based on electromagnetic field theory, the guided mode of electromagnetic wave in three-layer slab waveguide with left-hand material and right-hand material is analyzed and simulated, the conductive guided mode of electromagnetic wave in the above two materials is analyzed and compared, and the research results show that the number of the guided modes in the two kinds of waveguide structures decreases with the decrease of the thickness of the core layer and incidence wave frequency, furthermore, with regard to the two kinds of waveguide with the same structural parameters, there is mode missing in three-layer slab waveguide with left-hand material and without TE0 mode and that the number of waveguide is not more than that of the waveguide with traditional right-hand material.
