摘　　要：本文坚持问题导向原则,分析了职工医保存在的主要问题,针对问题设计付费制度改革办法,总结了取得的调控成效。Insisting on the principle of problem oriented, this paper analyzes the main problems in the health insurance system of workers, then, in accordance with the problems, designed the method for payment system reform, and finally, summarizes the achievement after its implementation.
