广西生育保险政策对基金支出的影响分析

摘　　要：本文采用描述性统计方法对广西2009-2013年生育保险参保人数、基金收入、支出、结余等基本情况以及2010-2013年生育医疗费用支出、生育津贴支出、基金备付情况等进行定量描述,分析政策对基金支出的影响,了解基金使用情况以及存在的问题,为相关部门制定生育保险政策提供理论依据。The authors describe the number of maternity insurance participants, maternity insurance fund revenue, fund expenditures and fund balances during the years of 2009 to 2013, and maternity medical expenses, maternity benefits expenses, fund prepared to pay during the year of 2010 to 2013 in Guangxi, analyze the influence of policy on maternity insurance fund expenditure, and understand the fund utilization and problems, and therefore to provide a theoretical basis for the relevant departments to develop maternity insurance policy.
