摘  要:平育2B、神50、神56三种玉米种子,分别用2%次氯酸钠溶液进行不同时间的消毒处理,目的是优化以次氯酸钠为消毒剂的玉米种子消毒条件.结果表明,优化后的消毒条件分别是2%次氯酸钠溶液处理玉米种子平玉2B 8分钟,处理玉米种子神50 8分钟,处理玉米种子神56 10分钟.以此优化后的消毒条件处理玉米种子神56,在成熟胚诱导培养基上成功诱导出愈伤组织,在k3玉米成熟胚诱导培养基上诱导效果较好.In order to optimize disinfection condition of maize seeds with sodium hypochlorite as disinfectant, three kinds of maize seeds(Pingyu 2B,Shen 50,Shen 56)were treated with 2% sodium hypochlorite solution for different disinfection time respectively. The result showed that the optimum disinfection condition was Pingyu 2B treated with 2% sodium hypochlorite for 8 minutes,Shen 50 treated with 2% sodium hypochlorite for 8 minutes, Shen 56 treated with 2% sodium hypochlorite for 10 minutes. Calluses were obtained on mature induction medium with Shen 56 under the optimum disinfected condition successfully. Effect of callus induction was better in k3 maize mature induction medium than in others.
