摘　　要：老龄化是我国也是我省社会发展进步的趋势,老年人的养老问题成为焦点问题。河北省已经提前进入老龄化社会,养老服务问题愈加凸显。我国城市居民的三种主要养老模式不能全面满足老年人的需求,本文通过数据资料调查,深入分析河北省城市居民养老现状和存在的问题,提出建立一种适合我省省情的以家庭养老为基础、以社区服务为依托、以机构养老为补充的政府扶持的多元复合的养老模式。Aging problem is the progressive trend in social development,how to provide social care service for the aged residents has become a focus in the aging society. Three modes cannot meet the demand of the aged city residents. This study proposes new modes of caring for the aged through the data investigation,in-depth analysis of the problems in Hebei Province,the new modes revolve around the establishment of a suitable family support model,the community service as the basis,and social institutions to complement the government support.
