摘 要:CT图像中的金属伪影是指CT对人体进行扫描时由于射线硬化效应和部分容积效应等引起的体内金属植入物周围明亮放射状或片状伪影。金属伪影作为X射线医学影像学常见现象,其处理方法大致可分为两类:1基于硬件技术,如能产生单能量光子的能谱CT;2基于软件技术,如插值算法等。能谱CT作为硬件技术的优点,在于其对抑制金属伪影产生的原因方面取得了一定效果,而基于软件技术的图像处理方法经过几十年的发展也不断取得新的进展,但迄今为止两类方法在去除金属伪影效果上均未取得令人十分满意的结果。因此,着重对金属伪影的产生原因、处理方法、技术及发展趋势进行探讨。Metal artifacts are radial or patch-shaped bright artifacts produced in the image acquisition process when patients take CT examination. Metal artifacts are mainly caused by beam hardening effect, partial volume effect or other factors. Metal artifacts are common phenomena in X-ray medical image. Methods for reducing or eliminating negative effects of metal artifacts fall into two categories: methods based on hardware technology, such as energy spectral CT for single energy emission, and methods based on software technology, such as interpolation algorithms and so on. Energy spectral CT, as a new technological product in methods based on software technology have made gratifying progress in reducing effects of metal artifacts. However, the processing results of metal artifacts are not quite satisfying to the present. The causes, processing methods and development tendency of metal artifacts are summarized and their further developments are discussed in this article.[Key words] Metal artifacts; Image processing; Energy spectral CT
