摘　　要：目的:高压氧舱使用的广泛性与高风险意味着在使用时必须做好质量管理工作,以确保其安全稳定运行。方法:结合质量管理与临床使用的要求,对高压氧舱进行定期检测,制定预防性维护和保养计划,做好气路、控制系统和操作部分的预防性维护保养。结果:医学工程技术人员和临床使用人员相互配合,从定期检测、人员管理和预防性维护保养三个方面确保高压氧舱安全使用。结论:制定相关制度和应急预案,严格管理,加强医护人员的操作和使用培训,从而保障高压氧舱的临床使用安全。Objective： It is important to make sure hyperbaric oxygen chamber safe and stable for its generalized and high risk. Methods： The gas path, control system and operation of hyperbaric oxygen chamber should be maintained timing based on quality management and clinical using requirement. Results： Medical engineering technicians and clinical use of personnel to cooperate with each other, from the regular inspection, personnel management and preventive maintenance to make sure the safety use of hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Conclusion： Making relative system and emergence plan, strengthening train to users and strict management can make its used safe.
