云南省经济发展质量的区域差异时空分析

摘　　要：根据经济发展质量的内涵及促进经济发展质量的目的,从经济发展的有效性、协调性、持续性、创新性、稳定性和分享性六个方面,构建经济发展质量的综合评价指标体系;运用层次分析法对2003—2012年云南省经济发展质量进行综合测度,并以此为变量,运用差异系数,对云南省经济发展质量差异的演变过程与空间格局进行定量分析。结果发现:2003—2012年云南省经济发展质量不断提高,区域间的差异总体呈波动缩小的趋势;经济发展质量的差异主要体现在稳定性和创新性方面;在空间上,形成以昆明、玉溪、楚雄和大理为增长极,滇东、滇西南地区经济发展质量较落后的分布状态。According to the meaning of the quality of economic development and the aim of promoting the quality of economic development, from the economic development effectiveness, coordination, con- tinuity, innovation, stability and the share, we have built an evaluative index system on economic de- velopment quality and use AHP to estimate the economic development quality of Yunnan Province from 2003 to 2012. And then taking these as variables, we also use coefficient of variation to analyze the process and pattern of the quality of economic development quality of Yunnan Province. The results are as follows： the economic development quality of Yunnan Province continues to improve from 2003 to 2012, the regional differences in general were constantly fluctuating narrowing trend. At the same time, the differences in the quality of economic development is mainly reflected in the aspects of stabil- ity and innovation. In space, it formed in the central region of Yunnan Province with Kunming, Yuxi, Chuxiong and Dali as the growth pole, while the east and southwest Yunnan distribution state of the quality of economic development is relatively backward.
