2011例慢性肾衰竭住院患者的病因分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者常见病因及构成情况,为疾病的预防与防治提供基础依据。方法对2009年1月至2013年12月期间,首次在某院肾病内科住院的成年CRF患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果2011例CRF患者中40-59岁年龄组占41.78%,60岁及60岁以上年龄组占35.01%,40岁以下年龄组占23.22%;男性和女性患者在不同年龄分布的总体构成比的差异有统计学意义(α<0.05);慢性肾小球肾炎(31.23%)、糖尿病肾病(20.79%)、高血压肾病(12.63%)是罹患CRF的前三位病因;CRF病因中,梗阻性肾病和狼疮性肾炎的男女比例与总体性别比例有差异,梗阻性肾病中男性患者高于女性患者,狼疮性肾炎中女性患者高于男性患者,差异均有统计学意义(α<0.05)。结论慢性肾小球肾炎、糖尿病肾病、高血压肾病仍是罹患CRF的主要病因,但糖尿病肾病、高血压肾病所占比例较高;CRF的患病率和部分病因与年龄和性别有关。Objective to investigate the common causes and composition of chronic renal failure（CRF）patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of medical records of all adult patients who firstly inpatients in a hospital with CRF from 2009 to 2013in the Department of Nephrology.Results In the 2011 cases of CRF patients,the group of 40 to 59years old accounted for 41.78%,aged 60 and above group accounted for 35.01%,the group of under the age of 40 years old accounted for 23.22%;The difference of the overall constitute ratio between male and female patients in different age distribution was statistically significant（α〈0.05）;Chronic glomerulonephritis,diabetic nephropathy,hypertensive nephropathy is a major cause of suffering from CRF,accounting for 31.23%,20.79% and 12.63% respectively.In the causes of CRF,there were differences between male and female with obstructive nephropathy and lupus nephritis and overall gender ratio,the rate of male patients is higher than female patients in the obstructive nephropathy.the rate of female patients is higher than male patients in the lupus nephritis.The differences were statistically significant（α〈0.05）.Conclusion Chronic glomerulonephritis,diabetic nephropathy,hypertensive nephropathy were still the main cause of suffering from CRF,but diabetic nephropathy and hypertensive nephropathy had high proportion;The prevalence and part of the cause of CRF are associated with age and gender.
