糖尿病性肾病早期诊断中尿微量蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原检测的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究尿微量蛋白联合Ⅳ型胶原检测在糖尿病性肾病早期诊断中的临床意义,并为该病的临床诊断提供价值性参考。方法选取我院于2010年3月-2013年2月就诊的80例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者。根据患者是否并发肾病进行分组,其中研究组为并发肾病者,为42例,对照组为非并发肾病者,为38例。结果研究组尿微量蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原水平均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿微量蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原联合检测可作为糖尿病性肾病的早期诊断指标,对于糖尿病患者而言,应加强上述指标的监测。Objective The purpose of the joint inquiry urine protein collagen typeⅣ clinical significance in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,and provide reference for the value of the clinical diagnosis of the disease.Methods In our hospital in March 2010-February 2013 were treated 80 cases of diabetes.Nephropathy according to whether the patient group,which is complicated by kidney disease study group,42 patients in the control group of non-diabetic nephropathy who was 38 cases.Results The study group and urine protein levels were higherⅣ collagen,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Urine protein and collagenⅣ joint detection can be used as an early diagnostic marker of diabetic nephropathy,diabetic patients should strengthen the monitoring of these indicators.
