摘　　要：目的探讨Snodgrass术结合阴茎背侧筋膜瓣治疗小儿尿道下裂的疗效。方法总结近4年来采用Snodgrass术结合阴茎背侧筋膜瓣治疗小儿尿道下裂103例，年龄1．5～8．0岁，平均（4．50±2．42）岁；其中冠状沟型61例，阴茎体型42例。结果一次手术治愈率为88．3％。结论Snodgrass术结合阴茎背侧筋膜瓣术式操作简单，并发症低，临床效果好，适用于阴茎下曲不严重、尿道板发育好的尿道下裂。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of Snodgrass operation style combined with penile dorsal fascia flap for children with hypospadia. Methods 103 children with hypospadia underwent Snodgrass operation combined with penile dorsal flap in the past 4 years were analyzed. The patients were 1.5 - 8.0 years old with average age of （4.50 ± 2.42）. 61 cases were coronal type and 42 cases penile type. Results The cure rate of signal operation was 89%. Conclusion Snodgrass operation combined with penile dorsal fascia flap is simple with less complication and good clinical effects,which is suitable for hypospadia with mild penile curvature and well developed urethral plate.
