摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱癌Survivin蛋白和p16在不同病理分级和临床分期的表达以及两种蛋白在膀胱癌中的相关性。方法应用免疫组化（SP法）检测54例膀胱癌组织中Survivin和p16的表达率。结果Sur-vivin蛋白和p16在不同病理分级的膀胱癌中的表达中差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。膀胱癌组织中Survivin和p16的阳性表达率在临床分期中差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。Survivin和p16呈负相关（r=-0．488，P〈0．005）。结论Survivin与p16的阳性表达均与膀胱癌的恶性程度密切相关，两者可协同参与膀胱癌的生物学行为。Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin and p16 in bladder cancer tissue correlated with pathologic grade and clinical stage as well as the relationship between them. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Survivin and p16 in 54 bladder cancer tissues. Results There was significant difference in expression of Survivin and p16 among different pathologic grades（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in expression of Survivin and p16 among different clinic stages（ P 〉 0.05 ）. There was a negative correlation between Survivin and p16（ r = -0. 488 ,P 〈 0. 005 ）. Conclusion The positive expressions of Survivin and p16 both correlates with malignant degrees of bladder cancer. They can participate in biological behavior of bladder cancer cooperatively.
