八宝景天叶片扦插繁殖技术研究

摘　　要：以八宝景天叶片作繁殖材料,选用3种不同扦插基质进行叶片扦插育苗试验,旨在寻找缺少繁殖材料而要大量快速育苗的有效方法;同时,试验还研究了叶片扦插生根机理及生根所需的环境条件。结果表明,纯草炭生根率最高,达90%以上,其可作为叶片扦插育苗的理想基质。Leaf of Sedum spectabile Borea as reproducting-material, studied the comparative experiment of the cutting-seedling with leaf of three different substrates, and want to get speed-seeding method in having a little of reprodueting-material in order to meet the demands of market. Environment of taking-root of leaf was also studied. The results showed that the rooting-rate was the highest of the pure peat, get more than 90%. So it can be used as good substrate for the cutting-seeding propagation.
