摘  要:针对管道局部腐蚀导致的失效事故越来越多,而国际上尚无适用于局部腐蚀油气管道失效压力分析评价方法的问题,验证了非线性有限元法评价局部腐蚀的可靠性,运用该方法分析了局部腐蚀半径及局部腐蚀深度对管道失效压力的影响。借鉴平板加强筋强化理论,以数值模拟数据为基础,建立了一种局部腐蚀油气管道失效压力计算方法,与B31G(修订版)、DNV-RP-F101以及新近开发的PCORRC为代表的评价规范计算结果的对比表明:拟合得到的局部腐蚀油气管道失效压力计算方法误差小,且误差分布均匀,可以满足局部腐蚀油气管道失效压力的预测要求。Failures due to localized pipeline corrosion are increasing. However, there is no applicable method to analyze and evaluate the failure pressure. In this circumstance, the reliability of non-linear finite element method is verified. The method is used to analyze the effects of localized corrosion radius and depth on pipeline failure pressure. Referencing the fiat stiffener reinforcement theory, and based on the numerical simulation data, a computation method of failure pressure of localized corrosion oil and gas pipeline is obtained. Compared with the calculation results of such standards represented by B31G (revised edition), DNV-RP-F101 and PCORRC recently developed, the results show that the deviation of the computation method obtained by matching is small, and the deviation distribution is uniform that can satisfy the forecast requirements of the failure pressure.
