摘 要:配气机构是发动机的核心部件,其设计合理与否直接关系到内燃机的动力性、经济性以及工作的可靠性。本文是从发动机功率条件出发,找出发动机功率与配气机构之间的关系,确定配气凸轮机构从动件运动的大体图线,然后根据图线并参照配气机构所要求的特点及不同型线与所达到的效果为参照,设计从动件运动方程,由此得出凸轮轮廓曲线,并将其利用发动机模型进行测试,通过性能优劣进行分析,从而优化了凸轮轮廓,提高了发动机的功率。The air supply is the core component of the engine,whether the design is reasonable or not directly is related to the power,economy performance and working reliability of the internal combustion engine.Starting from the engine power conditions,the relationship between engine power and valve mechanism was found out,and the general line of the gas cam mechanism movement was determined.According to the line and the desired characteristics of the valve train,as well as the effects which different lines needed to achieve,the motion equation was designed,and the cam profile curve was obtained.The engine modal passed the performance analysis,and engine power was improved.
