摘 要:通过对新疆阿拉尔十团出苗率60%棉田进行改良,探讨不同深度土壤新型改良剂木醋液的最佳改良浓度和周期。以土壤盐度、酸碱度p H、钠吸附比SAR、碱化度ESP和有机质为测试指标考察木醋液对样品土壤改良的效果,采用单因素实验,得出最佳改良浓度和最佳改良周期。单因素实验得出0~10cm土壤在第一周时盐度增加最小,p H降低最大,有机质上升最大,SAR、ESP降低最小。10~20cm土壤盐度在一、二周值最低,p H在第一周下降,SAR、ESP反复周期性的变化,有机质在微生物适应环境后,第三周里有机质大幅度升高。经过实验权衡主要指标和次要指标得出,处理0~10cm土层时,750倍稀释倍数最佳,10~20cm土层时,1200倍稀释倍数最佳,最佳处理时间均为一周。Through improving the cotton fields with 60% emergence rate in Alar ten group,the best concentration and period of using the new modifier wood vinegar among different-depth soil were explored.The salinity,p H value(p H),sodium adsorption ratio(SAR),exchangeable sodium percentage(ESP)and organic matter of soil were used as indexes to investigate the improvement effects of wood vinegar on soil samples,and through single factor experiment,the best improvement concentration and cycle were obtained.The salinity had a minimum increase value at 0~10 cm soil in the first week,the PH lowered maximally,organic matter increased mostly,SAR,ESP reduced to the minimum value.Salinity had the lowest value at 10~20 cm soil in the first or two weeks,PH declined in the first week,SAR,ESP repeated cyclical changes,after the microorganisms adapting to the environment,organic matter made much greater rise in third week.After measuring the primary and secondary indicators,we concluded that when dealing with 0~10 cm soil,750 times-fold dilution is the best,with 10~20 cm,1200 times-fold dilution is the best,and the best processing time are both a week.
