摘　　要：从工艺的角度,对复合电镀Cu-SiO2的前处理阶段、复合电镀阶段和后处理阶段中易引发的故障进行了归纳,并相应地提出了消除措施。经实验证明:遵循规范流程并采用合理的参数条件,可避免故障发生,获得良好的电镀质量。The troubles easy to cause in the pretreatment,composite electroplating and post-treatment stages of Cu-SiO2 composite plating are summarized from the process perspective,and the elimination measures are put forward accordingly.It has been demonstrated by the experiments that the troubles can be avoided and a good electroplating quality can be obtained when the standard process is followed and the reasonable parameters are adopted.
