摘  要:铝合金的预处理是化学镀镍最为重要的一个环节。采用二次浸锌法对铝合金表面进行预处理。考察了浸锌过程中浸锌时间、浸锌温度、退锌时间等因素对沉积速率的影响。化学镀镍采用先碱镀再酸镀的方式,获得均匀、光亮的镀层,并讨论了主盐、还原剂、配位剂、pH值等因素对酸性化学镀镍沉积速率的影响,得到了最佳的工艺条件和镀液配方。制得的Ni-P合金镀层表面均匀、致密。The pretreatment of aluminum alloy is the most important link in electroless nickel plating.A double zinc dipping method was used to pretreat the surface of aluminum alloy.The effects of zinc dipping time and temperature,zinc striping time and other factors on the deposition rate were investigated.Electroless nickel plating was operated by alkaline plating first and then acid plating,thus a uniform and smooth coating was obtained.The optimum process conditions and bath formula of electroless Ni-P alloy plating process were achieved through a discussion on the effects of main salt,reducing agent,complexing agent,pH value and other factors concerned on the deposition rate of acid electroless nickel plating.The obtained coating has a bright and compact appearance.
