摘 要:针对高压管式反应器夹套冲刷腐蚀问题,在夹套入口接管内加装导流板,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对导流板进行优化设计,确定最优方案。结果表明,夹套入口管径加大到178mm、导流板安装角度为35°、导流板宽度为70mm时,流动死区脱盐水流速、脱盐水温度及夹套切应力分布达到较好的平衡。Aiming at erosion on jacket of high-pressure tubular reactor, the deflector was placed in inlet of jacket. The method of computational fluid dynamic was used to optimize the structure of deflector to solve erosion on jacket. The results showed that when inlet diameter of jacket was 178 mm, angle of deflector placed was 35 degree and width of deflector was 70 mm, a good balance comes into being between velocity of desalted water in stagnant region, temperature of desalted water and distribution of shear stress in jacket wall.
