摘 要:为对井筒揭煤卸压抽排钻孔布置参数进行优化,确保钻孔位置的准确性,提高布置钻孔的卸压抽排效果,分析对井筒揭煤穿煤轮廓认识存在的问题,用解析几何的方法建立不同的井筒与煤层位置关系条件下井筒揭煤穿煤轮廓线方程,对井筒与煤层在非正交条件下穿煤轮廓的形状进行分析与证明;比较井筒揭煤中环形布孔方式与矩形布孔方式的优劣,分析讨论井筒揭煤最优布孔方式;以应用实例检验矩形布孔方式在井筒揭煤中椭圆形穿煤轮廓条件下的使用。To optimize the layout parameters of pressure-relief and discharging boreholes when mine shaft uncovering coal,improve the pressure-relief and discharging effects of boreholes,ensure the accuracy of drillholes position,the problems existing in thoughts of outline of mine shaft passing through coal seam were analysed when mine shaft uncovering coal.The outline equation of mine shaft passing through coal seam was built under different position relations between shaft and coal seam by analytic geometry method.The outline shape of mine shaft passing through coal seam was analysed and proved when the shaft and the coal seam were in nonorthogonal.In addition,the paper made a comparison between circular drillholes layout and rectangular drillholes layout under the condition of shaft coal uncovering,the best drillholes layout method was analysed and discussed.Finally,rectangular drilling layout was tested in the condition of elliptic outline of mine shaft passing through coal seam when mine shaft uncovering coal.
