摘　　要：阐述了网络信息资源的概念和特点,诠释了网络信息资源生命周期的内涵,提出了我国网络信息长期保存的策略,如建立全国统一的网络信息资源管理和协调机构、网络信息资源标准、网络信息资源仓储中心、网络信息资源长期保存机制。The paper describes concept and characteristics of network information resources, interprets the connotation of life cycle of network information resources, and proposes the long-term preservation strategy of network information, including to establish nationwide united network information resources management and coordination institution, network information resources standard, network information resources storage center, and network information resources long-term preservation mechanism.
