摘　　要：反竞争情报机构是企业反竞争情报工作的主要承担者和企业信息安全的维护者。文章从反竞争情报的工作流程、策略、技术支持系统、体系(或系统)构建、国家参与企业反竞争情报研究、企业反竞争情报部门设置研究等6个方面,回顾了已有的企业反竞争情报机构研究,较为系统地梳理了主要观点和结论,并对后续研究进行了展望。The enterprise anti-competitive intelligence agency is mainly responsible for enterprise anti-competitive intelligence work and enterprise information security protection. The paper reviews existing researches on enterprise anti-competitive intelligence agency from six aspects of anti-competitive intelligence work process, strategy, technical support system, system construction, state＇s participating in anti-competitive intelligence research and enterprise anti-competitive intelligence department setting, systematically combs main views and conclusions, and predicts the future research.
