摘 要:针对炉膛压力不稳定的情况,提出了炉膛压力控制系统的优化控制策略。此控制策略一方面采用变增益控制,增强系统抑制偏差的能力,使炉膛负压的波动最小;另一方面增加炉膛压力超驰控制,可以使引风机动叶迅速关小,使炉膛压力工况得到改善。通过扰动试验及试曲线分析,证明了此优化控制策略具有抗干扰能力强、适应变工况能力强以及跟随能力强的优点,比常规控制策略具有较强的适应性和鲁棒性。Aiming at the unstable furnace pressure,an optimized control strategy of furnace pressure control system was proposed.In the control strategy,the variable gain control is used to enhance the deviation restraining ability of the system and minimize the fluctuation of the furnace negative pressure; meanwhile,a furnace pressure override control is added to fast reduce the movable blade angle of the induced graft fan to improve the furnace pressure condition. It was verified by the disturbance test and the test curves analysis that the optimized control strategy has some advantages,which include the strong anti-interference capability,the strong ability to adapt to variable condition and strong ability to follow the control goal. Comparing with conventional control strategy,the optimized control strategy has stronger adaptation and robustness.
