催化裂解装置缓和开工油浆总固物质量浓度偏高的原因分析及改进

摘  要:针对中海油东方石化有限责任公司催化裂解装置开工后存在油浆总固物质量浓度偏高的问题,采用调整工艺操作的方法对其进行了改进.结果表明,在油浆外甩量为10 t/h,分馏塔塔底温度为320℃,滑阀开度采用多次微调方式且单次调整为0.2%~0.5%的条件下,4h后油浆总固物质量浓度基本维持在5 g/L左右,较改进前的12 ~ 13 g/L有明显降低,满足了设计要求.Higher mass concentration of total solid in slurry was decreased by adjusting process condi- tions after going into operation of a deep catalytic cracking unit in Dongfang Petrochemical Co Ltd, CNOOC. The results showed that when slurry was discharged at 10 t/h from the unit, the temperature at fractionator bottom was 320 ℃, and slide valve opening was fine - tuned several times with 0.2% -0.5% of each time,the mass concentration of total solid in slurry was kept at about 5 g/L after 4 h, showing a significant decrease compared to 12- 13 g/L before adjusting, which was consistent with design requirement.
