摘 要:针对中国石化南京化工公司苯胺装置存在的消耗偏高、安全水平偏低、设备陈旧等问题,采用新技术、新设备和新工艺对釜式串联等温硝化制硝基苯装置和流化床气相催化加氢制苯胺装置的生产工艺进行了改进。增设了尾气吸收系统,对有机物废气进行催化氧化处理,同时选用了先进控制系统和紧急停车系统对装置进行了改造。结果表明,装置改造后,粗硝基苯经分离后钠盐和硝基苯酚盐质量浓度分别降低60%,25%,焦油采出量减少25%;较改造前可节约用水量30%。苯胺装置使用节能技术后,能耗降低0.53 t/h,冷却水用量减少190.53 t/h。同时实现了装置的稳定运行和安全停车。Aiming at the existing problems of higher material and energy consumptions,lower safety level and backward process and equipments, etc in NCIC, SINOPEC, new techniques, new equipments and new processes were applied to the revamping of traditional nitrobenzene and aniline units. A tail gas absorption system was assembled for the catalytic oxidation treatment of organic exhaust, and advanced process control and emergency shutdown systems were used. The results showed that after revamping, the mass concentration of sodium salt and nitrophenolate in the separated crude nitrobenzene decreased by 60% and 25% respectively, tar oil reduced by 25%. About 30% water was saved com- pared to that before revamping. Owing to the use of energysaving technology, energy consumption of aniline unit reduced by 0.53 t/h, and cooling water by 190.53 t/h, so that stable operation and safety shutdown were realized.
