摘  要:采用静态挂片的方法,对炼油厂回用水Cl-,SO2-4,HCO-3,Ca2+,p H值等因素对碳钢片腐蚀的影响进行了研究,从单因素、多因素方面考察了3326型无磷缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果。结果表明,Cl-,SO2-4及p H值对腐蚀的影响较大;SO2-4对Cl-的腐蚀有一定的促进作用;添加缓蚀剂后,其对各因素的缓蚀效果均有所提高,并且对SO2-4的缓蚀效果要高于对Cl-的;对低硬度高碱度、高硬度高碱度水质,均能表现出较强的适应性。The effects of Cl-, SOl-, HCO3-, Ca2+ ,pH value in refinery's recycle water on metal corrosion were studied by static weight- loss meth- od,and the efficiency of phosphorus - free inhibitor 3326 was investigated by single factor and multi - factor experiments. The results showed that CI-, SOl- and pH value could significantly affect carbon - steel corrosion, and SO24- could promote the pitting of C1-. But the corrosion rate decreased sharply after adding inhibitor 3326, indicating that 3326 had good performance of corrosion inhibition for carbon - steel, and its inhibition effect for SO24- was better than that for C1-. Besides that,it also exhibited good adaptation to the circulating cooling water that with low hardness and high alkalinity as well as high hardness and high alkalinity.
