摘  要:该文以连云港市第一人民医院为例,阐述其预约诊疗工作开展现状,剖析存在问题,提出相应对策,包括加大宣传和引导力度、完善监管机制、规范医生出诊、完善预约信息平台,为进一步推进预约诊疗服务提供决策依据。Reservation registration is one of important initiatives to alleviate the problem of " difficult access to medical service and registration difficulties,linked to well- known expert service" at present. The paper,taking a grade Ⅲ class- A hospital in northern Jiangsu as an example,describes the current situation in application of clinical reservation service,introduces existing problems. And countermeasures are then proposed for increasing publicity and guidance,improving the regulatory mechanism,specifying doctor visits and perfecting platform for reservation information,aiming to provide a decision- making basis for the further development of reservation service.
