摘　　要：目的了解常州市医疗机构血液透析液细菌学现况,提出避免因透析液污染而致医院感染的有效对策。方法采集常州市15家医院透析液样本共45件,经微生物试验获得细菌总数计数,依据《江苏省血液净化技术管理规范(试行)》进行评价;对不合格医院经采取综合整改措施后,再次以相同方法监测,比较整改前后的合格率。结果 45件样品中不合格样品数为11件,合格率为75.6%;不合格的5家医院经排查整改后,再次监测结果均合格。结论应进一步规范无菌操作和消毒隔离,加强透析液的监测工作,并建议制定透析液细菌监测统一的国家标准。Objective： To study the status of blood dialysate bacteriology of medical institutions in Changzhou,in order to put forward effective countermeasures to avoid infection caused by dialysis fluid contamination of the hospital. Methods： A total of45 pieces of dialysate samples in 15 hospitals in Changzhou were collected,and the obtained total bacterial count by microbial test was evaluated according to ＂ Jiangsu Province Regulations on Blood Purification Technology Management（ Trial） ＂. The unqualified hospitals were monitored again with the same method after using the comprehensive rectification measures,and the qualified rate before and after modification compared. Results： 11 samples were unqualified within 45 samples,qualification rate was 75. 6%. The 5 unqualified hospitals after investigation and rectification were monitored again,and found qualified.Conclusion： Currently,Changzhou still exists bacterial contamination of the dialysate in some hospitals for multi factors,so the aseptic operation,disinfection and isolation should be further standardized,the monitoring work of dialysis strengthened. It is suggested that an unified national standards of dialysate in bacteriology be formulated.
