摘  要:在云南省富源县魔芋与玉米多样性栽培区设置田间试验,分析了不同栽培方式及间作不同栽培行间魔芋根际土壤尖孢镰孢菌和芽孢杆菌的种群变化。结果表明:间作措施可在生长的换头期和收获期可大幅度降低尖孢镰孢菌和芽孢杆菌的种群比率(P<0.05)。间作模式内不同栽培行根基土壤芽孢杆菌和尖孢镰孢菌间种群对比率的变化趋势一致,即从第1行到第4行魔芋根际土壤两种群比率均呈递减规律。因此魔芋玉米间作种植对根际土壤的尖孢镰孢菌和芽孢杆菌有很好的调节作用。The field experiment of diversity cultivation of konjac and maize was conducted in Fuyuan County, Yunnan Province, the analysis was made on the population change of konjac's rhizosphere soil Fusarium oxysporum and Bacillus spp. in different cultivation and different intercropping rows. The re- sults indicated that intercropping was efficient in controlling the population ratio of rhizosphere microbi- al, which can significantly reduce the population ratio of F. oxysporum and Bacillus spp. in konjac's change seed period and harvest period (P 〈 0. 05). The change trend of the population ratio of the rhi- zosphere soil F. oxysporum and Bacillus spp. was consistent in different intercropping rows, and the two population ratios diminished from row 1 to 4. Therefore, intercropping measure of konjac and maize can regulate the population ratio of the rhizosphere soil F. oxysporum and Bacillus spp..
