摘 要:为探讨普洱茶(熟茶)对酒精诱发的酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血液学指标的影响,将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组、KXL药物组、普洱茶(熟茶)(低、中、高)剂量组,每组10只。试验大鼠采用液体饲料饲喂,每天定时经口灌胃受试样品。普洱茶组给予不同剂量普洱熟茶,低、中、高剂量组灌胃剂量分别为0.5,1.0,2.0 g/kg;药物组灌胃KXL药品,灌胃剂量为0.15 g/kg;阴性对照组、阳性对照组每天均灌胃2 m L蒸馏水。60 d后牺牲试验大鼠,检测大鼠18项血常规指标。结果显示,与阴性对照组相比,阳性对照组大鼠白细胞数目(WBC)、单核细胞数目(Mon#)、中性粒细胞数目(Gran#)均超过了正常值范围,给予普洱茶和药物后,普洱茶各试验组值恢复正常;与阳性对照组相比,普洱茶中剂量组大鼠WBC,淋巴细胞数目(Lymph#)显著降低(P<0.05);除普洱茶高剂量组RBC及中高剂量组HGB外,其他各组RBC,HGB均超过了正常范围。提示普洱茶(熟茶)对酒精性脂肪肝试验大鼠具有杀菌、消炎、增加机体防御能力和减轻高原血红蛋白增高症的作用。To investigated the effect of fermented Pu-erh tea on blood rountine in alcoholic fatty liver rats, 60 Wistar rats were divided into negative control group, positive control group, drug group, low,medium and high dose of the fermented Pu-erh tea groups. Ten rats in each group, and used liquid feed fed rats. Low, medium and high dose of the fermented Pu-erh tea were given daily oral adminis- trations of fermented Pu-erh tea, which yielded dose of 0. 5, 1.0, 2.0 g/kg ( body weight), drug group were given daily oral administrations of drug and the dose was 0. 15 g/kg. The negative control group and positive control group were given oral administrations of 2 mL distilled water. After 60 days of treatment, all rats were sacrificed, the blood routine examination were tested. The results showed that compared with the negative control group, the WBC, Mon#, Gran# in positive control group ex- ceeded the normal range, the WBC, Mon # in medium dose group decreased significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; in addition to high dose group of fermented Pu-erh tea, the RBC in other groups exceeded the normal range and in addition to medium, high dose group of fermented Pu-erh tea, the HGB in other groups were more than the range of normal. Based on the above, it is conclude that fermented Pu-erh tea can play a role in sterilization, anti-inflammatory and enhance the immune stimulation.
