摘 要:随着科学技术的进步,耕地数量得到了有效的掌握和控制,但是耕地质量如何掌握和控制却没有系统的方法。本文以云南省农用地分等成果为基础,结合农用地质量动态监测寻甸县试点耕地的监测数据,通过评价模型,计算出寻甸县耕地的生产性、稳定性、保护性、经济可行性、综合性五个方面的评价指数及其变化率,评价耕地质量的可持续性。评价指标的结果显示,寻甸县耕地质量的稳定性,经济可行性和综合性三方面需要加强改进,生产性和保护性两方面在正常范围内。这一评价结果与寻甸县实际情况相符合,说明本文的评价方法是科学合理的,具有可操作性,能较全面的反映耕地质量的当前状况和可持续发展情况,为耕地未来发生的变化提供分析和预测。With the progress of science and technology, the quantity of cultivated land has been mas- tered and controlled effectively, but how to grasp and control the quality of cultivated land has no sys- tem method. Based on the classification results of agricultural land in Yunnan Province, according to monitoring data of Xundian country, through the evaluation model, we calculated the evaluation index of production, stability, protection, economic feasibility, comprehensive and its change rate, assessing sustainability of the quality of farmland. The results showed that production, stability, comprehensive needed to be strengthened, production and protection were within the normal range, which was consist- ent with actual condition, indicating that the evaluation method was scientific, reasonable and oper- able, could reflect current status and sustainable development of farmland fully and provide analysis and prediction for farmland change in the future.
