摘 要:利用常规化学农药防治烟夜蛾[Helicoverpa assulta(Guenée)],已经造成严重的农药残留和环境污染。利用化学生态学手段防治害虫已成为许多学者争相探索的方向,有关烟夜蛾的化学生态学方面的研究已有大量报道。为了便于研究人员全面了解烟夜蛾种内及与植物间的化学通讯方面的研究现状,本文归纳了当前国内外的大量研究,介绍了烟夜蛾性信息素的组成、体内合成和释放规律,烟夜蛾对性信息素的电生理反应,性信息素的应用;植物次生物质对烟夜蛾幼虫取食和成虫定向和产卵的影响,讨论了目前烟夜蛾化学生态学研究存在的一些问题。利用化学生态学手段防治烟夜蛾的局限性很大程度上在于理论研究的不够深入,因而迫切需要加强研究的深度和广度。Chemical control of oriental tobacco budworm [ Helicoverpa assulta (Guenee) ] has caused serious environmental pollution and pesticide residues. Insect pest management by chemical ecology methods have been focused by many researchers. The domestic and foreign research reports were sum- marized in order to supply some researchers with the knowledge of chemical communications among them and plant. The components, biosynthesis, and releasing of sex pheromone of oriental tobacco budworm, as well as their electro-physiological responses to the sex pheromone and the application of the sex pheromone were introduced. And the effect of plant secondary metabolites on feeding behavior of the larvae, orientation and oviposition behaviors of the adults were summarized. The problems in current research in this area were also discussed. And the limitation of control oriental tobacco bud- worm by chemical ecology methods is due to the lack of thorough research on it. Therefore, the re- search is urgently needed be strengthened.
