摘　　要：齐格勒-纳塔催化剂经过预处理,在适当的聚合条件下,在气相法中试装置上进行耐热聚乙烯管材(PE-RT)的开发。试验结果表明,气相中试PE-RT管材专用树脂具有较好的物理机械性能、加工性能、长期热稳定性,满足PE-RT管材标准要求。Ziegler-Natta catalyst was pretreated, under the proper polymerization conditions, heat-resistant polyethylene pipe（PE-RT） was developed on the pilot plant of the gas phase process. The results show that the gas phase PE-RT special resin has excellent physical and mechanical properties, processing properties, long-term heat stability, meet the requirements of PE-RT standard.
