摘　　要：伊马替尼是世界首个获得批准的肿瘤发生相关信号传导抑制剂,临床上主要用于治疗慢性粒细胞白血病和急性淋巴细胞白血病,且有新的适应症被不断发现。文章介绍了伊马替尼的化学合成方法,对国内外主要合成工艺进行了分析,研究了国内外的发展趋势。并设计出一条原料廉价,操作简便的合成路线,探讨了该工艺路线的可行性。Imatinib is the first tumour related signal transduction inhibitors that were approved in the world. It is mainly used for clinical treatment of chronic myelogenous leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia. And some new indications have been found. In the paper, synthesis and analysis of imatinib were introduced, and a trend on imatinib at home and abroad was researched. Furthermore, a new synthetic route of cheap raw material and easy to operate has been designed.
