摘 要:同步荧光法具有选择性好、灵敏度高、干扰少等特点,可用于多组分多环芳烃混合物的同时测定。文章建立超声波萃取——恒波长同步荧光法同时测定道路扬尘中多环芳烃。采用超声波萃取道路扬尘样品中的多环芳烃,样品不需纯化,直接可用于同步荧光分析,超声波萃取效率高,萃取时间短;采用恒波长同步荧光法对多环芳烃进行定性定量,相关系数r〉0.9990,检出限在0.088~0.655 ng·m L-1之间,回收率为86.45%~104.45%。In view of synchronous fluorescence possessing the character of good selectivity, high sensitivity, less interference, etc.it can be used for simultaneous of muti-component mixtures of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAHS). A method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHS) in street dusts was developed by constant-wavelength synchronous fluorescence spectrometry with ultrasonic extraction. The PAHs(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon) in street dusts were extracted by supersonic and analyzed directly by constant-wavelength synchronous fluorescence spectrometry. The sample pretreatment process was less laborious and the accuracies of the qualitative and quantitative results were improved. The calibration curves of the PAHs were linear in three orders of magnitude with an average correlation coeficient of 0.9990. The detection limits ranged from 0.088 to 0.655 ng·m L-1 and the average recoveries ranged from 86.45 % to 104.45 %.
