摘  要:根据双环己酮草酰二腙(BCO)分光光度法测定铁矿石中铜的检测过程,建立了测量过程的数学模型,讨论了影响BCO分光光度法测定铁矿石中铜含量过程中的各种不确定度因素。对一个铁矿石中铜含量的不确定度进行了评定,比较了他们的不确定度大小,校准曲线的变动性对测量不确定度影响最大。当铜平均含量为0.381%,求得合成标准不确定度为0.0024%,扩展不确定度为0.005%(k=2)。According to analysis the measurement procedures for the determination of copper in iron ore by the BCO spectrophotometry, the mathematical model was established,the uncertainty of variety factors for determination of copper content in iron ore by the BCO spectrophotometry were assessed. The measurement uncertainty of copper content in an iron ore samples was evaluated, compared their uncertainty magnitude, the mobility of working curve was a most influence to uncertainty. When the average concentration of copper in sample was 0.381%, the compounded uncertainty was 0.0024 %, the expanded uncertainty was 0.005 %(k=2).
