摘　　要：针对化学工程与工艺专业生产实习中存在的问题,分析了影响实习的诸多因素,探索性地提出了改革实习方式,建立稳固的实习基地,加强实习指导教师培训等改进措施,为学生创造实践机会,调动了学生的积极性,提高了生产实习效果。Based on the main problems of production practice of Chemical Engineering and Technology, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the production practice, proposes exploring improvements to promote the quality of education, such as teaching pattern reform, training base construction and internship instructor training. By providing a variety of practice opportunities, the enthusiasm of the students is mobilized, and the effectiveness of production practice is enhanced.
