摘　　要：目的 :对闵行区民办医疗机构信息化应用现状进行分析并提出改进建议。方法 :对民办医疗机构进行现状调查,调查内容包括信息化系统使用、人力资源、硬件建设和资金投入等。结果 :民办医疗机构建有管理信息系统的单位所占比例为36.76%,功能单一,主要满足财务收费(76.00%)、药品管理(72.00%)、门诊管理(68.00%)的需要,对信息化的软硬件、人力资源等投入较少。结论 :民办医疗机构的信息化的应用水平、操作人员素质和信息化理念均处于较低水平。Objective：To analyze current status of informatization of private hospitals in Minhang area and to put forward improvement suggestions.Methods：Field surveys were conducted on private medical institutions, including usage of information system,human resources,infrastructures and capital investment.Results：A total of 36.76% of hospitals had information systems but with single function,which mainly met the needs of fee collection （76.00%）,medicines management（72.00%） and clinic management（68.00%）. Investment on the hardware and software of information systems and human resources is relatively low.Conclusion：The application capability,staff skills and understanding of informatization are at a low level for most private medical institutions.
