摘 要:采用直接分光光度法,选用740nm波长,测定了NdFeB镀液中钕的含量,加入盐酸羟胺消除Fe(Ⅲ)的干扰。结果表明,Nd(Ⅲ)质量浓度在0.1—6.0g/L范围内时,吸光度和质量浓度具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数大于0.9999,检测下限为0.02g/L。用于实际样品分析,加标回收率为97.8%-100.8%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.4%-0.5%。此方法精密度和准确度好,简单快速高效。A method was developed to determine Nd( Ⅲ) content in NdFeB electroplating solution by using direct spectrophotometry, selecting an optimal wavelength of 740nm, and adding hydroxylamine hydrochloride to eliminate the interference of Fe ( Ⅲ ) ion. Results showed that when Nd ( Ⅲ ) mass concentration was within the range of 0.1 - 6.0 g/L, the absorbance and concentration had a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999 9 and the detection limit was 0.02 g/L. For real samples analyzing,the recovery rate of standard addition was 97.8% -100.8%, and the relative standard deviations was 0.4% -0.5%. So,this method was suitable for on-line determination due to its high accuracy, easy operation and high efficiency.
