京津冀 三结义——从各自为战到协同发展

摘　　要：今年2月,习近平总书记将京津冀协同发展提升到重大国家战略。这是三省市一直在等的＂东风＂。京津冀三省市,地缘相接、人缘相亲、历史渊源深厚,具备相互融合、协同发展的良好条件。然而,长期以来,三地在行政壁垒下各自为政,经济联系松散,在区域合作上成了＂最熟悉的陌生人＂。In February this year,President Xi Jinping set up collaborative development among Beijing,Tianjing and Hebei to a major national strategy.It Becomes a very good news for the one province and two cities.But the long-term development needs a higher level of co-ordination and even the all development blueprint is to be considered under the theory of 《one chessboard》.At the same time,how will the cooperation on eco-system and environmental protection be lasting still to be expectable.
