摘　　要：目的 探讨精神科陪护者对病区安全管理的影响及管理对策.方法 对42名精神科陪护者存在的安全隐患问题进行回顾性分析,并提出防护措施.结果 精神科陪护者日趋增多,部分陪护者不遵从安全管理,擅自将各种危险物品带进病区屡禁不止致安全隐患,甚至造成严重的危害.结论 通过对陪护者进行系统的安全管理干预,进一步提高其安全防范意识,杜绝安全隐患,避免安全事故的发生.Objective To explore the influences of psychiatric accompanying personnel on ward safety management and management countermeasures. MethodsSafety hidden danger problems of 42 psychtatrlc accompanying p protective measures put forward. Results Psychiatric accompanying personnel gradually increased, some didn＇t follow safety management and brought repeatedly banned dangerous goods in ward without authorization to cause safety hidden danger, even serious harm. Conclusion To accompanying personnel systemic safety management interventions were given and their safety protection consciousness further improved in order to eliminate safety hidden danger and avoid the development of safety accidents.
