马鞍山市城乡经济社会发展差距研究

摘　　要：马鞍山市城乡在经济发展、居民收入、生活水平、教育与就业、公共服务等方面都存在着差距,造成城乡经济社会发展差距的原因主要有二元结构、城乡分割体制、政府对农村投入少以及乡镇企业、农村农业合作社发展缓慢等。马鞍山市应以科学发展观为指导,树立正确的发展理念,提出针对性的措施,解决好"三农"发展中存在的问题,促进城乡协调发展。There exist differences in the economic development,resident income,living standard,education and employment,and public service in the urban and rural areas of Maanshan,Anhui.And the factors to those differences can be mainly summarized as：dualistic structure,urban and rural dividing system,less investment on rural areas by the government,and slow development in township enterprises and rural agriculture cooperatives.And it is necessary to take the scientific development outlook as guidance,set up the correct development conception,put forward some pertinent measures and solve the issues of three agriculture in the development for the promotion of urban and rural coordination.
