摘  要:孤岛油田东区属于高温高钙普通稠油油藏,地层温度71℃,配注水钙镁离子230 mg/L,地面原油粘度1 500 m Pa·s^3 000 m Pa·s,目前已进入特高含水开发阶段。本文针对孤岛油田东区II类油藏温度高,钙镁离子含量高,原油粘度高的特点,通过增加石油磺酸盐(SLPS)相对分子质量、调整SLPS及非离子活性剂gd-1复配比例提高体系界面活性和抗钙能力,设计出了适合用于目的区块的高效二元驱配方,其抗钙镁能力大于500 mg/L,界面张力4.4×10-3m N/m,室内提高采收率17.4%。配方于2010年应用于孤岛东区北Ng3-4单元,矿场取得了很好的降水增油效果,已经累计增油87.7万t,提高采收率5.98%。孤岛东区二元复合驱矿场试验的成功为今后高温高钙稠油油藏大幅度提高采收率研究提供了指导。East unit of Gudao oilfield belongs to high temperature and high calcium and ordinary heavy oil reservoir, formation temperature 71 ℃, calcium and magnesium ions of injection water is 230 mg/L, viscosity of oil in the ground is 1 500 m Pa·s~3 000 m Pa·s, now east unit of Gudao oilfield has entered a stage of development for determining. In this paper, the reservoirs have high temperature, high content of calcium and magnesium ions, and high viscosity of crude oil, adding petroleum sulfonates relative molecular mass, adjusting the surfactant mix proportion of SLPS and gd-1 to improve system interface activity and calcium resistance. The ability to resist calcium magnesium of the efficient formula is greater than500 mg/L, the interfacial tension of the formula is 4.4×10^-3m N/m, the OOIP in laboratory is17.4 %. In the year of 2010, the S-P formula applied in the Ng3-4 layer of east unit of Gudao oilfield, and showed good results, till now it has increased 877 000 tons of crude oil,improved oil recovery 5.98 %. The success of east unit of Gudao oilfield test will provide guidance for the studies of such reservoir, special for the high temperature and high calcium and heavy oil reservoir.
