摘  要:复合绝缘子端部发热是一类较为常见的绝缘子缺陷。对中国南方高湿度区域内某500 kV交流线路复合绝缘子大面积发热事故进行详细调查,对绝缘子的发热机理及影响发热的因素进行了研究,给出了绝缘子大面积发热的机理以及老化过程,证明了极性分子的转向极化在发热中扮演的重要角色。同时利用有限元建模分析方法以及热对流试验,研究了环境因素与绝缘子红外测温结果之间的关系,并根据老化机理,对绝缘子端部场强进行了进一步的优化,比较了改变屏蔽深度、改变管径、加挂大容量绝缘子、采用大小均压环结构4种方法对场强的改善作用,并结合实际情况,为线路的改造提供了意见与建议。Heating of high voltage ending has become one of the most frequent defects for composite insulators.The paper demonstrated a wide range of abnormally heating within 500 kV AC composite insulators in southern super-humid area,conducted research on heating mechanism and provided evidence for diverted polarization in the role of heating process.With the help of FEM method and thermal convection test,the paper analyzed the relationship between infrared detection results and the environmental factors.Finally,the paper optimized the field intensity along the insulators through the following pathways,namely altering shielding depth as well as pipe diameter,linking large capacity insulators and the adoption of double-ring structure.According to the simulation results and the reality,the paper also provided some suggestions on line upgrading.
