摘 要:目的:建立一种用水溶助长剂从酸藤果中提取摁贝素的方法。方法酸藤果经干燥,粉碎,加入异丙苯磺酸钠( NaCS)水溶液,搅拌,滤过。滤液加酸水稀释到最小助溶浓度( MHC)以下,静置60 min使摁贝素沉淀,悬液离心分离富含摁贝素提取物。结果最佳提取条件如下,提取温度:25~30℃,药材粉粒度:100目,水溶助长剂浓度:2.0 mol/L,搅拌提取时间:60 min。本法提取率〉90%,摁贝素纯度〉85%。结论采用本方法从酸藤果制备富含摁贝素提取物,方法简单,提取率高,NaCS可重复使用,不会造成环境污染。Objective To establish a method for extraction of embelin from fruits of Embelia laeta(Linn. ) Mez with hydrotrope. Methods Dried fruits were pulverized, mixed with the solution of sodium cumene sulfonate ( NaCS) ,vigorously stirred,and filtered. The filtrate was diluted below the minimum hydrotropic concentration( MHC) with acid water. The diluted solution was allowed to settle for 60 min for embelin to precipitate. Centrifugation of the suspension resulted in high embelin containing extracts. Results The optimum conditions for extraction included a 25~30 ℃ of extracting temperature,100 mesh-mean particle size of the powdered fruits,2. 0 mol/L of hydrotropic a-gent NaCS,and 60 min for stirring extraction time. With this method,90%recovery rate of embelin with 85%purity was found in this study. Conclusion This is a simple method for preparation of high embelin containing extract from fruits of Embelia laeta(Linn. )Mez,hydrotropic agent NaCS can be reused,so it does not cause environmental pollution as other conventional methods do.
