摘  要:纯氧曝气活性污泥法广泛用于处理或预处理高负荷有机废水。利用纯氧和空气2种曝气方式同步培养好氧颗粒污泥,结果表明前者污泥颗粒化时间较短,颗粒结构更为密实。显微镜观察发现纯氧曝气污泥颗粒表面含有大量的丝状菌,少量球菌、杆菌以及一些胞外多聚物(EPS)等,空气曝气污泥颗粒表面物质组成相对单一,表明纯氧曝气颗粒污泥微生物种类、数量及代谢能力优于空气曝气颗粒污泥。同时发现进水负荷波动对纯氧曝气污水处理系统出水水质的影响较小,表明纯氧曝气颗粒污泥能够处理和耐受高负荷有机废水。Pure oxygen aeration activated sludge is widely used in treatment or pretreatment of high load of organic wastewater. Two ways of aeration with pure oxygen and air were used to culture aerobic granular sludge.Results show that the time of granulation in pure oxygen aeration system is shorter than that in air aeration system,and the structure of pure oxygen aeration granular sludge is more compact. A large number of filamentous bacteria, a small amount of cocci, bacilli and some extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) are observed on its surface and internal cross section through scanning electron microscopy techniques. However, relatively single kind of microbes and material composition are observed in the corresponding areas in the air aeration granular sludge. The structures and compositions indicate that pure oxygen aeration granular sludge has more microbial species, biomass and metabolic capacity than air aeration granular sludge. Based on the analysis of correlations between influent and effluent loads, it is found that the pure oxygen aeration system get little influence from the influent load. This should be related to the structure and composition of pure oxygen aeration granular sludge,indicating a promising technology in treatment or pretreatment of high load of organic wastewater.
